Tatarstan authorities will monitor teenagers on social networks

.

Fear of persecution is a mental disorder. It seems to a person that they are being watched and want to cause harm. The condition is caused by obsessive thoughts. For this reason, a person perceives reality distorted.

Fear of persecution

Fear of persecution accompanied by paranoia

Occurs at different ages. Accompanied by paranoia and delusional state. At a later stage, patients pose a danger to others, because do not control their actions.

Causes of the disease

The fear of surveillance occurs regardless of a person’s age, social status or field of activity. In the literature it is often called schizophrenia, although these are different disorders.

The disease is quite complex in nature. It usually appears abruptly and develops rapidly.

The main causes of stalking phobia:

  1. The position of the victim.
  2. Helplessness.
  3. Defensive position of the individual.
  4. Psychological trauma.
  5. Diseases of the nervous system.
  6. Alcohol intoxication.
  7. Side effects of medications.
  8. Brain pathologies.
  9. Stressful situations, etc.

The main root cause is nervous breakdowns caused by diseases of the central nervous system. Persecution phobia often occurs in drug addicts. After taking the next dose, they begin to hallucinate. Such inappropriate behavior can lead to death.

How to recognize the disease

Everyone has their own worldview. A healthy person perceives the world adequately. For a person with a mental disorder, a random passerby may appear to be a spy or a kidnapper.

The patient may see an imaginary creature and be afraid of it. At this stage, urgent medical intervention is required.

You can identify persecution phobia by detecting the following symptoms:

  • sleep disturbance and insomnia lasting more than 7 days;
  • aggression towards people and animals;
  • isolation and desire to be alone;
  • distrust of relatives, loved one;
  • obsessive thoughts that someone is threatening the patient;
  • prolonged tense state;
  • suspicion of various objects and people;
  • lack of social adaptation;
  • increasing the number of enemies;
  • the occurrence of panic attacks.

The patient begins to obsess over details. He carefully examines every object, every person. There is contempt and suspicion in his gaze. Turns around abruptly when speaking in his own direction.

Physiologically, surveillance phobia manifests itself in the form of excessive sweating, headache, and mild trembling. The patient may complain of feeling unwell and often holds his head in the temple area.

Do you know the feeling: I am being followed when I trade?

Where is the price going??? I'm surprised. Why doesn't anyone ask what algorithm the price moves by? I heard only one explanation, like it’s the crowd that moves it. Everything is included in the price. But is this an explanation? It is clear that those who really make money in the market know and remain silent (Bul, Tatarin), or spread ridiculous substitutions of the essence of a burning issue, like a demagogic one: it’s all about the system and discipline. Oh, yes, I almost forgot: and in the levels (Gerchik and company). Lekha Martyanov tried to explain something, but he also couldn’t provide a point of support. Even Timofey, who wrote the book, shrugs his shoulders and says: “Well, yes, I’m leaking it,” and doesn’t want to figure it out at all.

Well, let's continue with an example.

So I enter the market with the minimum possible lot of 0.01. (euro dollar, depot of 250 tanks) For the purity of the experiment, it is not burdened with any takes or stops. Where do you think the price will move at that very second? That's right, 99.9% in the direction that reduces the deposit. If you start rocking the boat and go back, the price will go in the other direction, but what’s cool is that even though the side is different, it also reduces the deposit))).

Have you ever wondered why?

“Why is this damn price going towards reducing my precious deposit? Where is everyone, where is the central bank!!!” (V. Oleynik).

The answer is: so that you close the deal quickly, and who will do this besides you? )))) (read this answer carefully).

Stop loss is the same as the size of your deposit. Only with a stop loss you throw a piece of your deposit into the market. The quoter sees the levels of your deposit pieces and deposits. I think that the quoter doesn’t have millions of orders from all over the world, why the hell does he need that, but just one deposit sorted by the program or a piece of it, it doesn’t matter: the weakest in level, I repeat, the weakest! It is against this deposit that the price moves. Against one single deposit. One single to another single, which in a minute will become less in level. So she crawls around looking for the weakest. The weakest account can hide and leave the game, but exit costs money)))) You probably noticed that the deposit perishes, as well as a piece of the deposit located in the market, by accelerating the price (pin, expiration), this is the market finishing off the weak.

You've probably seen how, after the peak of expiration, the price fluctuates freely up and down. So, expiration is the death of the deposit, and its chatter is searching for a new victim, the program shakes it up, sorts deposits by level, and when it decides on the victim, it crawls after it (in the sense of from it)))).

In December, we saw the death of Vasily’s deposit, but this death was bright, memorable, the deposit could have died slowly in countless outbreaks of stop loss expiration, but it gave our country the amazed eyes of the president.

You may ask, how to make damn money...

You can ask Bull how he managed to find himself between Vasily’s dying account and the heroic actions of the Central Bank? He probably understands the logic of price movement.

My theory is this: at the moment the deposit or part of the deposit dies (expiration, spike), money is distributed, because the price needs to organize a sharp movement. This is just right for murder. But catching this moment is a challenge. You need to be able to open and close at this moment. Try this during a stiletto heel. How can you find out in advance? Even if you guessed something based on technical analysis, in order to make money with a small account you need to open with a large lot. However, we do not know the intentions of the dying party. Imagine that at that moment when the price cobra contracts in a deadly leap towards its target, and the patient bam and blocks all transactions? A couple of seconds of price fluctuation will pass and by simple sorting of deposits, for the quoter, the victim’s deposit will become invisible, but your deposit....))) Let’s just say, it will be in full view, first))) Where do you think the cobra will rush?

Trying to organize price movement with a small deposit in the hope that they will resist you and move the price in the other direction will not work, the reason is simple, if 10 lots are in the opposite direction to you, but with a deposit level of 10,000% the price will go away from your pitiful level of 500% with ten 0.01 lots wasted on movement.

In general, the picture of Bull’s brilliant success in my opinion looked like this. Below was Vasily’s dying account of 5,000,000, he brought it to depletion to some small level through averaging, during averaging, of course, he accelerated the price.

Having fussed, the Central Bank most likely placed bystops at the top to neutralize excessive movement; the price, as usual, should have collected Central Bank buys, and when the balance was balanced, the price should have gone down and frozen in the middle between the Central Bank buys and Vasily’s sells. Both the Central Bank and Vasily would have been at a loss because they did not trade, and both were stubborn. At points of tension you need to trade, which is what Bull did.

Bull did not stupidly follow the trend; if he had done this, the price would have tried to balance between Bull and Vasily, seeing this the Central Bank would have lifted its bystops. And then Vasily and Bul would flounder, taking money from each other, gradually losing it. Bull, within this tension and the desire of the market to lower both Vasily and the Central Bank, correctly, at a time when the price was trembling, began to place a sell limit on top of his buys and add buys in the course of the positive movement. Since the level of his deposit grew and was certainly higher than the level of the Central Bank and certainly higher than the level of Vasily’s deposit, Bull’s deposit was filled with hard cash. That's how Bull became a legend.

Perhaps understanding the market is the grail.

My theory explains the terrible feeling of a newcomer to the market, when you get the impression that out of a million traders, evil people are watching you))).

I'm waiting for your objections.

Please give me pluses, this is my first writing, I want to communicate.

Manifestations

It seems to a person that he is being watched, monitored through social networks.

The employee begins to be haunted by the thought of dismissal. He considers himself a bad employee. Thinks that his every action is carefully controlled by his boss or colleagues. It seems that someone wants to set him up in order to get his position.

Fear is especially pronounced in adolescents due to excessive control on the part of parents.

Fear may arise due to gambling addiction. The heroes of the games can become a reality for the patient.

Tatarstan authorities will monitor teenagers on social networks

The Tatarstan authorities are creating a specialized department that will monitor the presence of “destructive content” in the accounts of teenagers and young people. Officials believe that in this way they will be able to identify disadvantaged children before radical organizations take advantage of their difficult situation. The anti-terrorism commission of Kommersant-Kazan assured that the purpose of surveillance on social networks is not to punish, but to carry out preventive work with parents and teachers. Experts fear that, as a result, young people “thinking about civic issues” may attract the attention of officials.

A special department for monitoring social networks is planned to be created in Tatarstan on the basis of the Resource Center for Coordination of the Activities of Psychological Services “Orientir” (an institution of the regional Ministry of Youth Affairs). The head of the apparatus of the anti-terrorism commission of the republic, Ildar Galiev, told Kommersant-Kazan. According to him, the department will be tasked with identifying “personal troubles” among teenagers through social networks before “destructive organizations take advantage of them.”

The topic of the negative impact of social networks on young people was discussed last Saturday at a meeting of the regional anti-terrorism commission led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. He said that in 2020, “six incidents were identified in the republic in which teenagers committed serious offenses under the influence of information from social networks.” Mr. Minnikhanov believes that “involvement in virtual destructiveness” should “cause the consequences provided for by the concept of “difficult life situation”.” He emphasized that the special department is needed to “counter the ideology of terrorism spread through virtual communities on the Internet.”

Mr. Galiev at the meeting reported on “a significant increase in the volume of destructive content on the Internet.” In a conversation with Kommersant-Kazan, he clarified that “up to 40% of children are immersed in negative content,” citing assessments of Natalia Kasperskaya’s Kribrum platform in 2019. According to these data, teenagers are increasingly interested in drugs, violence, and the ideology of the AUE movement on social networks.

At the same time, the anti-terrorism commission notes that there is a “relationship between the events and internal conflicts in educational organizations,” as well as the fact that the children did not receive support in the family. “The study of the personalities of terrorists and young people, the so-called “Columbiners,” shows that the vast majority of them, before radicalization (which takes place over 2-3 months), experienced depression, loneliness, bullying at school, beatings from parents, or were witnesses for a very long time violence in the house,” Mr. Galiev told Kommersant-Kazan. According to him, such teenagers for a long time “sent messages about their troubles on the air.” “In order not to miss these signals for help, a decision was made to create a department that would come to the rescue earlier than recruiters through social networks who take advantage of such a situation,” the official said.

According to him, the authorities have not yet decided how many officials will study youth content on social networks. However, “there are no new costs for creation,” the department will be organized “through optimization” of the resource center. Officials will also monitor “statuses” and “stories” (these types of messages are used on VKontakte, Instagram, Facebook). He emphasized that “the work of this department should not duplicate the work of law enforcement agencies.” “Methods of influencing teenagers are provided for by federal law. Basically, this is work to create a comfortable environment in an educational organization so that they are not offended, and explaining to parents that their child can get into trouble,” noted Mr. Galiev.

The authorities of Tatarstan have previously expressed concern about the influence of social networks on the behavior of children. Thus, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic sent out recommendations to schools in the region for parents on how to protect schoolchildren from the “negative impact of the Internet.” The materials, in particular, contained examples of “destructive suicidal groups.” The memos called for monitoring whether the child posted jellyfish, cats, butterflies, unicorns and whales on his online page and whether he quoted Sergei Yesenin or Joseph Brodsky. The authorities also announced the creation of “cyber squads” that report suspicious facts to the ministry and law enforcement agencies.

At the beginning of 2020, Rustam Minnikhanov, speaking at a meeting of the board of the regional prosecutor’s office, announced an increase in the number of subscribers to “destructive groups” on the Internet. He called “communities with a criminal theme, supporters of neo-Nazism, and radical fans” the “most in demand” among young people. At the same time, he also called on the prosecutor’s office to take “proactive measures” against political movements that “attract young people to carry out unauthorized actions.” The head of the republic believes that they are “aimed, among other things, at destabilizing the work of government bodies and inciting ethnic hatred, and can lead to mass riots and hooliganism.” Previously, the authorities also launched the Incident Management system, which monitors, among other things, negative content on social networks (mainly complaints about the work of officials).

“Indeed, many young people planning violence have relevant content before doing so. It is online that stories of bullying begin, which then lead to suicide,” says supervisor of the international project “Adriatica”, psychologist Adriana Lito. She believes that “it would be great to create departments that could prevent crimes by analyzing blogs for threats, bullying or hate speech.” However, she o. She does not exclude that “no matter how much one would like to have a professional department that deals with rapists, vandals and murderers, there is a possibility that we will again get the case of “children 404” when the attention of security forces is attracted by not at all dangerous young people and terrorists.”

Stages

The disease goes through certain stages. They are characterized by a change in the patient's behavior.

Stages of development of stalking phobia:

  1. The appearance of the first signs: irritation, aggression, suspicion, etc. A person lives in a fantasy world.
  2. Psychological symptoms appear. The patient becomes an antisocial person. There is no desire to attend work or meet with loved ones.
  3. The patient's condition is particularly serious. Prolonged depression, nervous tic. Suicide attempts are possible.

Prolonged depression and suicide attempts are manifestations of the third stage of persecution phobia

Diagnosis of the disease

The diagnosis is carried out by a psychiatrist. The treatment is provided by a psychotherapist. To diagnose the presence of fear of persecution, a doctor only needs to:

  • observe the patient’s behavior during the appointment;
  • review medical history to identify predisposition to mental disorders;
  • learn about bad habits of patients (alcoholism, drug addiction);
  • determine the presence of vascular diseases or mental disorders;
  • conduct an MRI of the head, etc.

In most cases, the patient refuses to admit his illness, becomes socially dangerous, and can harm not only himself, but also others.

How to get rid of stalking phobia

When the first signs of stalking phobia appear, you should immediately consult a doctor. It will help prevent further development of mental disorder.

If the patient is depressed, he is prescribed antipsychotics.

There is no single treatment method. A whole range of procedures is required.

Cognitive behavioral therapy

Its goal is to teach how to analyze and adequately assess the situation. First, we find out the reasons for the fear of surveillance.

The doctor asks leading questions. The main requirement for the patient is openness and sincerity in statements.

Examples of questions:

  • why do you feel bad;
  • why do you think he is stalking you;
  • why are you avoiding this person;
  • how to make sure that you are not afraid;
  • who decided that this is normal, etc.

The goal of cognitive behavioral therapy is to change a person's thinking. On average, one procedure takes from 40 to 60 minutes.

After the treatment course, the patient will be able to analyze his thoughts. The primary symptoms of persecution phobia will disappear, and he will be able to establish contact with friends, family and will be ready to meet new people.

Family psychotherapy

During the treatment process, the patient gets used to being in society. The problem is considered not as a mental disorder, but as a result of the functioning of the family as a single mechanism.

It turns out how family members communicate with each other. This is done through role-playing games. A prerequisite is that all family members must participate in treatment.

Look at me: games where you have to follow people

The first part of the series, Orwell: Keeping an Eye on You, was released at the end of 2016. It is noteworthy that in the plot the player is not an intelligence agent or a super-secret spy. On the contrary, you will play as an ordinary citizen who has decided to take part in a volunteer program “to combat terrorism,” or, to call a spade a spade, to spy on the residents of the fictional state of The Nation. At the beginning of the game you are provided with software called "Orwell", developed by the authorities. All further action takes place on the computer screen in this utility.

As Big Brother, you have to study the biographies of residents, track their activities and read correspondence - but only for the safety of the entire nation and in no case for anything else. The disembodied supervisor first of all gives you the task of investigating a terrorist attack that has just been committed (to be honest, if I were a person on the other side of Orwell, I would delegate such a large-scale task to a volunteer who has been working for at least a week, but so what). You will have several resources of information, and only you choose what exactly to transmit to Orwell.

If you haven't guessed already, all decisions have consequences. Depending on how you manipulate the personal information of citizens and what exactly you prefer to transfer to the authorities, the employer’s attitude towards you and, consequently, the ending changes. The ending of the game can be completely unexpected. And if in the process you accidentally become attached to someone you are observing...it’s better not to do that.

The second part of Orwell: Ignorance is Strength was released two years after the first. In general, the mechanics and goals remained the same - using Orwell to monitor the “anti-government” movements in The Nation. Only the composition of the crime under investigation has changed and time-based tasks have been added - in the sequel you will have to quickly decide what exactly you want to share with the state and what is better to keep to yourself.

Do Not Feed The Monkeys (2018)

Developed by three brothers from the Spanish studio Fictiorama, Do Not Feed The Monkeys is another people-watching simulator. True, you will have to learn to call them “primates.” And also join a closed club.

The essence of the game is that you become a member of an elite community of “voyeurs”. You are accepted into the “Club of Primate Lovers,” but this is far from a circle of young naturalists. You will be provided with surveillance cameras and access to a large number of hacked webcams. The task is to observe people from your personal computer, record their actions, and then sell this information to management.

The first and main rule of the club is not to feed the monkeys. This means that contacting or interfering with the lives of those you are observing is strictly prohibited. And you will want it very much. After all, people, naively believing that no one sees them, will behave accordingly - steal, make child porn and cheat on their spouses.

The difference between Do Not Feed The Monkeys and Orwell is that in this pixel simulation the player is not a disembodied spirit that feeds on sunlight (or electricity). You will have to take care not only of the primates, but also of yourself: have lunch on time, sleep regularly, work periodically and even pay rent, otherwise the aunt from whom you rent an apartment will throw you out onto the street. Your computer will follow with all the collected information, and it’s better not to even know what the police will do with it all. However, the opportunity to feel like a real “zookeeper” perhaps justifies the risk of such an ending.

Mainlining (2017)

Rebelephant's point-and-click hacker simulator Mainlining has features from both previous games in this collection. Firstly, it involves investigating crimes using a huge database of human data, and secondly, this must be done in a pixel world. However, the screen on which the action will unfold does not belong to an ordinary citizen, but to an MI7 agent, a unit of the British Directorate of Military Intelligence (yes, you can finally be someone cooler than the ordinary person you already play every day).

In the story, hacker attacks are carried out on MI7 servers, and you have to find out who is behind them, and then put the insidious villains in prison. As in Orwell, this must be done by searching for evidence in a database of residents, their movements and correspondence. You send all the information to higher management using software called Arrest system (as if it also resembles something). However, unlike its dystopian colleague, Mainlining is a much less serious game. For example, from your personal files you can find out that the venerable father of the family writes My Little Pony fanfiction, and your own secretary will report that one of her colleagues is “capable of anything” because he steals other people’s yoghurts from the refrigerator.

Telling Lies (2019)

It should be noted that the last game on today's list is a bonus, since it has not yet been released. The release is expected this year. Telling Lies is a continuation of the very critically acclaimed Her Story, which we already talked about.

The creator of both games, Sam Barlow, calls his new creation a desktop thriller. The player will have to understand the story of one big lie that united four people, using a huge number of personal videos. Naturally, none of the participants in the situation is aware that an anonymous observer has appeared near their private videos. The recordings themselves were stolen from the US National Security Agency. There is no more detailed information about the game yet, but there is a trailer with Logan Marshall-Green in one of the main roles.
