Unemployed Europe - like during the Great Depression

The increase in unemployment in the European Union, caused by the economic crisis after the closure of countries due to the spread of coronavirus infection, turned out to be so unprecedented that analysts stopped comparing it with the crisis of ten years ago, and began to talk about comparisons with the Great Depression in the USA of the 30s, or even devastation of the post-war period.

Depression and its types

Among various mental illnesses, depression is the most common. The number of people suffering from various forms of depression can be compared to the number of people suffering from colds. Psychological pathologies occur even in children.

Many people, being depressed, do not notice the developing disease. They feel depressed and completely helpless, but do not try to get out of the discomfort because they do not admit that there is a problem.

This type of condition is difficult to diagnose. A depressed state does not mean that a person is sick. Sometimes the diagnosis is made only from the patient’s words and based on his behavior.

To get out of psychological discomfort, you need to know how the disease manifests itself. Let's consider the types of depressive conditions, as well as their main symptoms.

Endogenous

The endogenous form of depression is the most severe type of the disease. The patient and those around him suffer. Endogenous depression can be identified by the following symptoms:

  • problems falling asleep, restless sleep and waking up too early;
  • indifference to what is happening around, lack of any desires;
  • constant anxiety;
  • depression;
  • sad mood turning into melancholy;
  • movements become slow;
  • slurred, too quiet speech;
  • slouch.

With the endogenous form of the disease, the appearance changes. Hair loses its shine and looks lifeless. The skin takes on an earthy, unhealthy hue.

The patient tries by any means to limit communication with people.

Manic

In the manic form of depression, the following behavioral features appear:

  1. inappropriate behavior that the patient himself cannot foresee;
  2. megalomania;
  3. constant change of mood. From a joyful, upbeat mood, a person suddenly becomes sad. Laughter can end in tearfulness.

During the acute course of the disease, suicidal thoughts arise, after which the mood again changes for the better. The danger of the disease lies in the fact that the patient cannot foresee the consequences of his own actions.

Masked

The camouflaged form proceeds secretly. The disease is not classified as a separate category, and is considered as a consequence of alcoholism, or consequences that occur after taking other mood-enhancing substances.

Hidden depression is divided into the following types:

  • light. Despite a bad mood and fatigue, a person continues to do work and everyday activities;
  • moderate. Due to a mental disorder it is impossible to perform work;
  • heavy. Symptoms go from hidden to obvious. Inability to carry out daily activities.

In the initial stages of a latent form of pathology, patients rarely seek medical help. This behavior leads to the escalation of the problem into a severe form of depression, from which it becomes problematic to get out of it on your own.

Clinical

The clinical version of depression is the most common. The patient is in only one emotional state, characterized by a sad or depressed mood.

The following symptoms appear:

  • lack of appetite
  • insomnia;
  • yearning;
  • mental pain;
  • complete absence of joyful emotions;
  • it is difficult to concentrate on a specific action, especially on learning something new;
  • feeling of hopelessness and uselessness;
  • feeling of futility of existence;
  • vitality decreases.

In many patients, depressive conditions often arise due to heredity. Other causes of mental disorder include frequent stress, loss of loved ones, and feelings of guilt. Women may experience depression during the postpartum period.

You can get out of a depressive state not only by taking antidepressants. On thematic websites and articles you can use information on how to cope with the problem yourself.

The situation is more dangerous than what it was in 2008

Forecasts on the labor market usually do not come true, notes Sergei Smirnov. “I remember how in the early 90s many were afraid of the transition of the Russian economy to a market economy. And they tried to dissuade us in every possible way, promising mass unemployment. Some politicians predicted it would reach 20 million people nationwide. But this did not happen. We have never had more than 3 million unemployed,” the expert recalls. And the current official unemployment figure is still more than three times lower.

However, notes the head of the Institute of Social Policy and Socio-Economic Programs, compared to the previous crisis, the situation is more serious: “Then there were no sanctions and the dangerous geopolitical situation in which Russia finds itself now. With these factors combined, in this isolation, we are in a much more dangerous situation.” Sergei Smirnov recalls that the Ministry of Economy has already reported that GDP growth this year will be negative, so difficulties cannot be avoided in the labor market.

According to Alexey Zakharov, president of the recruiting portal Superjob.ru, so far “nothing terrible is happening.” Moreover, during the crisis of 2008-2009, the dangerous situation developed much faster, but now “the state has the experience of 2008 and there will be money to fight unemployment.” However, Zakharov emphasizes that we have not yet emerged from the crisis of those years and, it turns out, in this state the country is entering a new crisis. Perhaps this will add its own difficulties.

But fighting unemployment is pointless, says Alexey Zakharov: we need to think about employment, not unemployment: “We need to create conditions for business to operate. The fight against unemployment often conflicts with the tasks of creating conditions for increasing employment.”

How can a man get out of depression?

For men, everything is much more complicated, since depression after a divorce occurs later and it seems that they have no experiences. The first time after a divorce, men are calm and not bothered by memories from a past life. All this appears later, having enjoyed a free life. Men begin to experience confusion, depression, chronic fatigue, alcohol abuse, feelings of loneliness, emotional burnout, overeating, and intimate disorders.

The cause of depression in men is simple disappointment. Once free, it is not so easy to meet a younger, unusual and seductive woman. Only a few have these dreams come true. And for many, close acquaintance with women brings disappointment and does not bring long-awaited joy. At the same time, bright moments from a past life come to mind, and the desire to return to the family overcomes.

Having realized this, a man can get out of his condition, he just has to cope with the invented laws of male stereotypes that prohibit him from doing this.

This period for a man is marked by the accumulation of mental fatigue, as well as loneliness. Not everyone is able to lead such a lifestyle, and after a while, men become overwhelmed by depression, which pushes them towards disorderly sex, alcohol, excess entertainment, and overeating.

How can a man get out of depression? It is necessary to master the ability to suppress your desires, as well as become more organized.

Why does this work?

Being busy, a person does not allow himself to plunge into self-criticism. There is almost always a harmful voice within us telling us about failure. If we are doing routine things, he is almost inaudible, but if we spend a day on the couch doing nothing, his talk will deafen us and drive us into impenetrable despair. Activity is not only a waste of energy, but also a way to give yourself energy for new achievements.

HELP YOURSELF

Getting out of depression is facilitated by a number of steps that need to be taken, taking into account the above. Their effectiveness has been proven by people suffering from different types of this disorder from their own experience.

1

Proper nutrition is very important - a healthy diet allows you to feel good physically and be in a good mood. It does not include everything that is called fast food: Big Macs, grilled chicken, French fries.

hot dogs, etc. These instant foods can poison the body and introduce many toxic substances into it. Meat can also be considered dangerous in this sense.

Much healthier are fatty varieties of sea fish, nuts, hard cheese, fruits (especially bright ones), vegetables, and seaweed. Chocolate is a good option, but you need to be careful with it, since excess sweets negatively affect your figure, and extra pounds can, in turn, again provoke depression.

2. Another great way to get out of depression is to normalize your sleep. You shouldn’t use any handy “helpers” to quickly fall asleep and sleep fully until the morning, without waking up from every rustle (this means sleeping pills or alcohol, although folk remedies in the form of decoctions are quite suitable). You can do it this way:

  • make it a habit to go to bed strictly at a certain time, and not when you want or as it turns out;
  • The most natural sleep pattern for a person is to fall asleep before midnight, or even better, at 10 pm, and get up early. In this case, sleep has healing, restorative properties;
  • before going to bed, it is inadvisable to watch the news, films with a negative connotation such as thrillers and horrors, as well as read something like that - this can provoke nightmares;
  • dinner should be early and not too heavy;
  • the bedroom needs to be ventilated, you can take a warm bath, drink a glass of warm milk with honey, ask a family member for a massage.

3. Physical activity is an excellent way out of depression. We live in an era of physical inactivity, we move little, we lose little energy. But not so long ago, our grandparents, not to mention our distant ancestors, did not have such a problem as depression, although their life was not easy. They worked more physically, traveled on foot, and did not have as many “smart” household appliances to make household chores easier.

Therefore, we need to set aside some time a day for physical activity, be it leisurely walks, running, working in the front garden or in the garden, doing fitness or using exercise equipment, or walking. You need to be in the fresh air more often - it improves metabolism and enriches the body with oxygen.

4

Positive thinking is very important to overcome depression. Color the depressive grayness with bright colors, think about good things, do good to people

Smile, look for the best in others. If someone nearby is completely negative and nothing can be done about it, just reduce communication with him to a minimum.

5. Do what you like. A favorite activity or hobby will charge you with positive energy, allow you to relax faster and better after a hard day at work, and distract you from worries and bad thoughts.

6. To get out of depression you need to pamper yourself and give positive emotions. For women, shopping plays the role of a depressant. And it doesn’t matter what kind of purchases they are, small or large, they will still please you. By the way, shopping is also good for men, but they will not like jewelry, outfits or shoes, but something related to their hobby: fishing gear, a gun for hunting, a tool.

Diversity also brings positive emotions. This could be a trip, going to a restaurant, cinema or theater, or a dolphinarium.

Lead a healthy lifestyle, get rid of bad habits and complexes, treat emerging somatic diseases in a timely manner, do not delve into yourself or whine, avoid stressful situations. You can have a pet - your favorite animals have a positive therapeutic effect on people.

And now about the main thing: in order to get out of depression on your own, you need to appreciate every moment of your life. It is given once and must be enjoyed so that nothing passes by. You should not dwell on failures or consider any problem global. Throw everything out of your head, love and appreciate your loved ones, communicate, enjoy every minute.

Don't give up

Experts recommend never giving up. In any case, there will be work, new directions will open, and there are still those that are developing even in times of crisis, and they will recruit employees there. Suppose you are still unemployed. But you have free time. In times of crisis, it is useful to engage in your qualifications, professional development, and education. “In general, if a person, let’s say, speaks a foreign language, maybe a winner of some awards or competitions, then no employer will refuse him, there will always be a core of specialists on whom the bets will be placed, and even in the event of layoffs they will remain.” ,” notes Roman Efimov and advises using the freed up time to improve your professional skills. Don’t despair: even in the worst times, there are, for example, online courses, many of them free. “Be professionals, and then unemployment will not be a problem for you,” recommends Efimov.

Ways to overcome depression and bad mood

In order to combat depression, there are several methods that can be used in combination to achieve effective results. They can be used comprehensively or only some of them - all individually. How to deal with depression:

  • Determine the reason for your bad mood. The choice of method to combat depression is influenced by the cause of the depressed state, apathy. To start therapy, you should get rid of everything that makes you sad, makes you cry and reminds you of the troubles that led to such a sad state. This is the only sure way to get rid of your old life, depression and start a new life.
  • Make a list of things that make you happy. Think about what you get pleasure from, what can bring joy back to life, make you laugh and feel like a truly happy person. This could be a hobby, a favorite hobby, walks and meetings with friends, playing sports, riding a carousel with a child, or reading a favorite book. Try to devote more time to such activities - this will help get rid of a bad mood, distract from negative thoughts and get a charge of positive energy.
  • Change what you can change. Try to make at least minimal changes in those areas of life where possible: change your job, environment, environment; change your appearance, visit a beauty salon, update your wardrobe; give up bad habits or at least your usual route to work. This will allow you to look at life in a new way, open up new opportunities, and forget about depression.
  • Set goals for yourself and focus on them. A person cannot live aimlessly; he needs an incentive to move forward. Make a list of 10 goals for the coming year and promise yourself to achieve them, no matter what.
  • Rest and relax often. Adequate sleep (at least 8 hours a night) will help you fight a difficult emotional state and get a boost of energy. In addition, do not forget about rest from work and everyday work. Go on a weekend trip to the countryside, visit a cinema or just read a good book - the main thing is that the activity is enjoyable.
  • Eat right. Avoid junk food and foods that irritate the nervous system, for example, alcohol and caffeine (this will also help fight hypertension, which often accompanies depression). Try to eat more raw vegetables and fruits, which can give you a boost of energy, good health and mood.
  • Play sports. Because sport is the best way to combat depression and bad mood. This could be a simple morning exercise, jogging, swimming or cycling.
  • Invent yourself a new hobby. Find something to do that will help you take your mind off problems, stupid thoughts, and get rid of anxiety. This could be a new hobby, mastering a different profession, or learning a foreign language.
  • Seek help from a psychotherapist. If you cannot fight depression on your own for a long time, do not hesitate to seek help from professionals. Conversations with a specialist will help you look at the problem with different eyes and see options for getting out of depression.

Transfer of forces: where to look for work

Local authorities are already beginning to take action. For example, the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory allocated three billion rubles to subsidize the agro-industrial complex. Here they decided to revive cooperatives, just like in the 90s. They probably listened to the president of the country: Vladimir Putin has said more than once that Russia needs to support the agricultural sector.

By the way, the company HeadHunter compiled a rating of cities with a population of over a million, building a hierarchy based on the principle: where can you find a job fastest? Ekaterinburg took first place in terms of the ratio of vacancies to resumes; here demand matches supply. Then comes Perm, then Nizhny Novgorod. The average salary level in these cities is 38, 37 and 30 thousand rubles. Moscow took 12th place in terms of job search success - with an average salary of 59 thousand rubles; St. Petersburg was last in the TOP 15 cities promising for employment.

What contributes to male depression?

The causes of male and female depression are in many ways similar, only the symptoms of the disease are different for each gender. It is, of course, more difficult to unbalance a man. They first pass any situation through their brain and look for a way out. The emotional background appears later and in a form hidden from others. Psychologists distinguish two types of causes of depression: psychological and physiological.

Psychological reasons

An internal conflict begins due to the following circumstances:

Psychological trauma . Death or illness of a loved one - parents, friends, loved one. For many boys, parental divorce is a lifelong trauma, especially the father leaving the family and loss of contact. In adulthood, a son abandoned by his father does not feel male support and does not know who to turn to for advice.

An unsuccessful first love and a collapse in personal life for many guys can provoke symptoms of depression, which family or friends should pay attention to;

The collapse of a dream. Reaching 30 years of age and not achieving the status in society that was aimed at in terms of career, a man becomes disappointed not only in himself, but also in the world around him

For a family man, depression towards his wife and children is common in depression. Without accepting the fact of personal mistakes, the husband tries to shift responsibility onto his wife. Symptoms of stress in this situation are aggression, denial of everything, passion for alcohol with the motivation that it is easier;

Problems at work, in the family, with friends, and relatives create conditions for symptoms of depression;

Financial insolvency also hurts a man’s pride, which manifests itself in symptoms of depression;

Postpartum depression is how experts classify the depressed, stressful state of a young father. There are also impressionable or overly responsible people among the stronger sex, for whom the birth of a baby is a serious test, but for each guy it is perceived in its own way. Someone cannot cope with the psychological background - the baby constantly cries and demands attention. Some dads are disappointed in their spouse, who is changing in appearance and does not meet the same criteria. This is stress that turns into neurosis and depression. Symptoms of depression vary;

The age of 40 is a number that frightens many men because of its energy. The period of forty years is called the “midlife crisis.” But it can appear at the age of 50, if a man has lost his job or changed it on his own to a less interesting and paid one. According to popular belief, it is not customary for men to celebrate their fortieth anniversary, because, in their opinion, changes will arise that are not for the better. As the date approaches, internal stress increases. Logic and reason turn off when thinking about the age of 40;

Retirement provokes symptoms of depression in a man if he has devoted his whole life to work and has no idea how to be unclaimed. Depression occurs in men who have retired due to length of service, for example, military personnel, intelligence officers. At the age of 50 and earlier, when a man becomes a pensioner, he feels a dissonance - he is young in years, but old in terms of his work status. The closer the event, the gloomier the condition of the husband and father. The family must be on alert to avoid negative consequences due to retirement depression.

Physiological reasons

Health problems or age-related physiological changes provoke stress and depression:

  • Dysfunction of the parts of the brain that regulate the feeling of pleasure (disturbances in the hypothalamus, decreased amount of gray matter);
  • Changes in hormonal levels due to thyroid dysfunction, decreased testosterone levels, increased cortisol hormone. Depression is a symptom of hormonal fluctuations;
  • Various problems with the brain - tumor, injury, vascular changes.
  • Hereditary diseases of neuralgia;
  • Violation of potency. The hardest thing to endure is a failure in sexual terms. Signs of impotence (more often after 50 years) drive even the strongest males into depression;
  • Feeling inferior, a man has a fear of losing his job, dependence on his wife, and other people. Weakness is unacceptable for the stronger sex.

Regardless of what triggered the symptoms of depression in a man, they rarely talk about the problem to loved ones or seek help from specialists. Sometimes representatives of the stronger sex do not suspect depression, and the symptoms of the disease are attributed to fatigue, bad mood, workload, bad weather.

If a husband, son, father, or friend experiences changes in behavior, emotional state, or habits, you should not leave the person unattended. For a number of symptoms, a heart-to-heart conversation is enough for a loved one to return to reality and understand that the problem is being solved.

Is a crisis time good for startups?

During a crisis, many become disillusioned with their profession and even begin to think about leaving for another field, or even starting their own business. Is it dangerous to start some startups now?

“The time for Internet romantics is over. If a person thinks that he will now make a million from a startup, inspired by the idea that everything is good on the Internet, he will simply be smeared against the wall of the real market that now exists. And he will lose the last one,” believes Roman Efimov. “If he hasn’t started his own business yet because something bothered him, he didn’t have time or money, then, of course, now is not the best time to bring some airy ideas to life.”

However, of course, the crisis opens doors and opportunities that were not there before. For example, notes the head of the [email protected] project, specialists are appearing on the market who were previously in great demand, but now you can get them for yourself, for your business, and, perhaps, for very little money. “But I would be very careful about the topic of new business. The market has become highly competitive and professional. If you have not had such experience, then you will be 90 percent burned out. An inexperienced person should not start from scratch - this is my advice for the general public,” says Roman Efimov.

What if you organize small-scale production at home? Say, sew clothes, make jewelry, handmade cosmetics, and finally, bake pies? “You can succeed in any market if you understand its structure and know what competitors currently exist in it,” Roman Efimov is convinced. - If your clothes are, say, cheap, practical and better than those of your competitors, you can break through. Or, let’s take bracelets, handicrafts, jewelry: on social networks - for example, VKontakte - there are hundreds of groups representing this business, there is a lot of competition. There are also many private workshops for sewing. The market is saturated. Therefore, we must enter into business not with inspiration, but pragmatically. Having clearly calculated how much you will invest, how much you will lose, how much you will earn. I won’t dissuade you from new projects, but I just want your entry into business to be practical and prudent.”

In any case, those services that will somehow help a person save money will survive and win. Bring people together for common wholesale purchases, for example. Offer things that are practical in terms of price and quality. Anything that can accumulate information on discounts. We need to think about what idea can be implemented.

In general, experts believe that if you are going to go into small - or better yet, small - business, then you need to choose those areas that will be absolutely in demand. First of all, this is the work of a car mechanic. Citizens will not now change cars like gloves, but repairs will be done by road dealers. Most likely, the number of clients for small private car services will increase. But only for those who value their reputation: the principle of word of mouth will work again.

Repairing household appliances will gain popularity, and in general, the “husband for an hour” option is becoming more in demand than ever. This also includes home renovation. Let’s not forget that the wave of painters and tilers from neighboring republics will now subside, but the need to renovate premises remains. Those who work conscientiously will be with clients, which means they will have work and money.

But, to summarize, in the near future the goal of “making a profit” will be replaced by the goal of “working for survival.” Providing yourself and your family with food, medicine, and basic needs will be the most important thing. The question “how to spend a vacation” will soon cease to be relevant for a large percentage of the population. Or you will have to choose a vacation within the country or trips on cheap mass tours to the most budget destinations.

Consumer demand will plummet in the near future. In December 2014, as we remember, Rosstat recorded an incredible boom in private consumption. There was panic in the foreign exchange market. And the response of the population: “buy up the last one,” “load oranges in barrels.” According to Rosstat, in December, compared to November, retail chains sold 71 percent more televisions, 78 percent more refrigerators, 66 percent more washing machines, 55 percent more computers, and 51 percent more mobile phones. Even car sales skyrocketed, up 34 percent.

But this dizziness passed. Perhaps someone has already found a use for several refrigerators, televisions or laptops. Only a month has passed, and Russians are already assessing their capabilities more scrupulously and soberly. Statistics to help: real wages dropped by 2.2 percent in the fourth quarter, compared with an overall decline of 0.7 percent in the third quarter. And the savings are over - spent. As a result, as the head of the Ministry of Economy, Alexey Ulyukaev, has already assessed the situation, in the coming 2020, consumer demand will decrease from 7 to 9 percent.

How to get out of depression: 5 pleasant ways

The fact that you can get out of it in very pleasant ways.

And no one can blame you: you’re not playing the fool, you’re being treated.

  1. Rest.

    If your depression is the result of overwork, give up on everyone and everything and get some rest.

    Take a two-week vacation and completely devote it to yourself, your loved one: read, watch good films, chat with friends, sleep until lunch, eat something delicious.

  2. Trips.

    Every person needs a change of environment and new pleasant experiences, and even more so for those who suffer, they are vital.

    So, you can safely pack your bags.

    Shape your travel itinerary depending on your financial situation: foreign voyages are the most useful, but you can also have a good rest at home.

  3. Hobby.

    Doing what you love and communicating with like-minded people cures any illness and greatly improves your mood.

  4. Communication with friends, relatives and other people you like.

    Just don’t get together with your girlfriends and whine “All men are assholes,” this will make you feel even more melancholy and sadness.

    Have fun and enjoy life!

  5. Shopping and other amenities for yourself.

    Here, in my opinion, there is no need to explain anything: you need to pamper yourself regularly, and not just when you are trying to get out of depression.

5 more difficult ways to get out of depression:

Play sports. A healthy body has a healthy mind, and depression and other mental illnesses have no place here.

Focus your attention on something. It could be work, family, something else important to you. I know it’s not easy, but it’s guaranteed to help you get out of the darkness.

Get your head in order. Find the cause of the disease and eliminate it. It is often difficult to do this without a psychotherapist, but you can try.

Learn to think positively and be able to see more and small joys in your life. Become an optimist, simply put.

Engage in self-development and personal growth. Successful people are much less likely to suffer from melancholy than unsuccessful people.

It will be useful to watch the following video, which presents several more methods

getting out of depression:

About pauses

If you happen to be a victim of dismissal, there is no need to panic and rush to find a new place - very often in this state people choose a completely unsuitable job. It is much more useful to take a break, to recover from the blow of fate. Some people need a week, others need at least two. This time is usually enough for stress to become a thing of the past.

During the pause, you need to be attentive to yourself and your needs. We rarely pay attention to ourselves and our emotional world. A pause after dismissal is an excellent opportunity to think and indulge in sadness, but within reason.

Getting fired is always a shock. A person needs the opportunity to build a new system of reference points, to reconsider real conditions. Rushing will only make the situation worse. Self-reflection and reflection are what will allow you to cope with the situation faster and more effectively.

I am strong!

Such a thought is unlikely to occur to someone who has become a victim of dismissal. And in vain! Psychologists recommend taking time to study yourself, identify your talents and positive qualities. You can visit a psychotherapist or take orientation tests in the professional world. You need to clearly know your motives and imagine your potential. This is the only way to find a new job that will be even better than the previous one.

You cannot evaluate yourself too positively or unreasonably low. Analyzing their own characteristics, they pay attention to leadership aptitudes and the ability to deal with conflicts. It is important to clearly articulate what benefits a new employer will gain from choosing you. Since you managed to take a break (even if not of your own free will), it’s worth spending it on defining your working style. If you neglect these possibilities, the new place may turn out to be the same as the old one. The same mistakes will be made there. This means the result will be the same - dismissal.

Difficulties of dismissal

If a person has lost his job, he is tormented by doubts - such lack of confidence in his own abilities forms the basis of depression.
The person blames himself for temporary difficulties, looks for a way out of the situation, and if he does not find it, he falls into a protracted mental disorder. In this state, the unemployed is unable to objectively assess the situation. He is confused and depressed. The more he feels sorry for himself, the more he plunges into anxious thoughts. Coping with job loss is more difficult for people who are used to having everything under control. Because they find themselves in their nightmare - in a world full of surprises and unpredictable situations.

A depressed person is someone who loses the illusion of control that holds back phobias or repressed fears.

It is difficult for people with low self-esteem to lose their jobs - for them, a negative experience is yet another confirmation of their worthlessness and insolvency. The more they think about leaving as a refusal of their services, the harder it is for them to free themselves from the burden of the past. An unemployed person feeds internal complexes and falls into severe depression. A difficult psycho-emotional state is salvation for such a person, an opportunity to avoid new shocks.

Why?

Why do layoffs happen? There are many reasons. Sometimes it's a mistake, an accident, a company problem. Perhaps the fired person is to blame and is afraid, ashamed to admit it even to himself. Perhaps the person was left without work because the structure of the company changed or the enterprise went bankrupt. To let go of a pressing event, you need to clearly formulate the reason why it happened. Something went wrong? Could anything have been changed?

You need to be honest. Only by analyzing what happened do they gain experience that will be needed in the future. The fired person understands what skills he needs to improve and what training to undergo. During the analysis, a person determines why he valued this job so much and formulates the qualities that the new place where he will work must have.
